I am mad at myself because I have missed months of funny things!!!  I stopped making notes when my kids said things and of course, most things get forgotten almost instantly if I haven't recorded them.  I found a few things that I had written down a while ago and some recent things have happened that I wrote down, so I figured I'd use what I have and try to be more diligent again in the future!

Jacey was having a hard time focusing on finishing his food and I was getting after him for it.  The following conversation ocurred:

Jacey: "I will never eat again."

Mom: "I don't care, that's your choice."

Jacey: "Well, I care THIRTY." 

Mom: "I'm glad Jacey."

Jacey: "I'm not glad you're glad."

Mom: "I'm glad you're not glad I'm glad." 

Jacey: "I'll never be glad you said that!"

Tommy was grunting. I said, "Oh, Tommy's pooping!"  Jaclyn gasped and said, with a look of horror on her face, "But I hate eating poop!!!"   ?????

Jaclyn had left the table without finishing her food.  To help her get back, Jacey said, "Jaclyn, I'm going to eat your food!.  Jaclyn said, "I don't care, I hate it!"  Daddy asked, "Jaclyn, you hate mommy's food?"  Jaclyn said, very matter of factly, "No!  I hate mine!" 

 

There was a guy behind us in line at Costco that had 3 jugs of milk in his cart.  Jacey looked from his cart to me and said, "Mom, I think he's addicted."
